DocMak CRM stores the property, lead and contact data that each agency puts into it, on behalf of that agency. Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency.
Owner contact details are visible only to the agent who owns the listing, unless that agent chooses to share them. Viewing a shared owner contact is recorded.
Agency administrators can export all of their agency’s data and erase a buyer’s personal details at any time.
We send email only for account purposes, such as invitations and password resets.
